Princess Nora of Liechtenstein visits SLAM International

December 17, 2019.

Princess Nora, daughter of Prince Franz Joseph II of Liechtenstein and member of the International Olympic Committee, visited the SLAM International campus on Tuesday, December 10th.

The founders of SLAM International, Enrique Martín and Juan Antonio Perteguer, welcomed the Princess and accompanied her on a tour of the spectacular campus of more than 20 million square meters, located in the Sierra de Guadarrama.

Her Highness expressed her amazement, admiration and appreciation for SLAM International‘s unique educational project. She was amazed at how SLAM has created the first University of Sports, which will have training programs in soccer, basketball, golf, horseback riding and water sports, among others. It so happens that Nora of Liechtenstein is a member of the International Olympic Committee; hence her special interest and relationship with sports issues.

The princess also received information about the objectives of the Sach’a Project for indigenous communities in Latin America, promoted by the NGO Sport and Development, of which Nora of Liechtenstein is honorary president.

The founders of SLAM thanked Her Highness for her interest and support for the educational, sports and social programs that SLAM will soon launch.
