Madrid becomes the epicenter of the debate on joint health and optimal sports practice with the celebration of the 4th Congress “Articulating Sport” (#ARTICULANDO24), organized by the OAFI Foundation in collaboration with the Atlético de Madrid Foundation and the Spanish Olympic Committee. The event will take place from March 6-8 at the headquarters of the Spanish Olympic Committee.
Among the distinguished attendees of this important event are Enrique Cerezo, President of Atlético de Madrid; Alejandro Blanco, President of the Spanish Olympic Committee; José María Villalón, Head of Medical Services of Atlético de Madrid; Vicente del Bosque, former national team coach and World Cup winner, among other distinguished personalities.
SLAM Elite Sports, as a leader in innovation in the sports field, will present its revolutionary program during the congress. Under the title “Pilot Experience for the Sports Passport”, SLAM Elite Sports will collaborate with Kinetic-Workout (Argentina) to implement this pioneering project. Kinetic-Workout, recognized for its work with entities such as the Argentine Football Association (AFA) and the Argentine Olympic Committee (COA), joins SLAM in promoting the prevention and care of athletes at every stage of their careers.
The Pilot Experience will be aimed at school students in the Madrid region and will apply Kinetic-Workout protocols and technology for the evaluation, control, early detection and correction of biomechanical, postural and microcirculatory alterations that cause injuries in athletes. In addition, the Sports Passport Program will be complemented by the Technical Cooperation between SLAM and Kinetic-Workout to develop an Intelligence System for Prevention in High Performance Sports.
“Articulating Sport” is presented as an invaluable opportunity to highlight the importance of prevention and care for athletes, as well as to promote international collaboration in this vital field for health and sports performance.
